Not sure if anyone has any tips or tricks that might be able to help!
Ive been getting some back pain for the last few weeks, in my upper back, concentrated mainly in my neck and shoulders. I don’t know if I pulled or strained something the other week as it was so painful I could barely move my head. This died down after a few days but since then I’ve had persistent pain/discomfort.
I have been doing online Pilates and strength classes which may be why it’s been a bit sore but the NHS website says if you have back pain, to keep active as being still can make it worse. I’ve been taking painkillers when it gets bad also.
it’s more when I’m relaxing watching tv or reading In bed, the only way I’m comfortable is it I sit completely upright. I’m used to slouching down on the sofa
Anyone else had experience of something similar? Is there anything extra I could do to help? Thanks x
