She was barely using captions last year and I politely messaged her and asked if she could (I explained I have a hearing problem). Up till then, we’d had a very pleasant, often bunch of messages over DM’s. She was fucking savage and told me I was being entitled and she didn’t owe me a thing and how rude I was. I was gobsmacked and that’s when my hate for her began. For her to say in her stories now that she’s all about inclusion is a joke. Has she also forgotten about the other week when she put up a question box about asking if people would be ok having LGBQTI peeps at her pool party

Olivia is from an extremely wealthy family here in SA, and went to the most expensive school in the state. She is so privileged but downplays it (well, tries to) her family is loaded.

Her mother's house is worth millions - in a very expensive suburb and an absolutely stunning mid century house with an amazing pool/furniture etc. and yes she went to one of Adelaide's most expensive all girls schools. Her family is very well connected in Adelaide old school money circles (and there is lots of old school money in Adelaide). That's why I was always surprised she was with "Juzzy". He seemed like such a 'normal' (almost bogan) guy. She always looked polished to within an inch of her life and he always looked like he'd just got out of bed 5 minutes earlier and thrown on some clothes that were hanging over the chair! I remember seeing footage of him at weddings etc where he was totally pissed dancing with his shirt hanging out and his tie off to John Farnham - singing at the top of his lungs.

I see her with a good looking rich orthopaedic surgeon from the boys version of her private school in Adelaide (anyone from Adelaide I'm talking Prince Alfred, St Peters) hosting dinner parties in their Adelaide eastern suburbs sandstone mansion!! Then they'll have a couple of stunning children who will start the whole cycle again at the same schools they both went too. I mean she's absolutely beautiful - it's amazing some rich doctor didn't sweep her off her feet when she working in hospitals as a speech pathologist.

I personally find Olivia a bit shallow. So high maintenance. I understand she is an influencer but as someone mentioned she has a psych, a nail lady, a brow lady, a hairdresser, a naturopath, a stylist and the list goes on. It must be hard to keep up with someone that needs so much.

Wow really? Heaven forbid she's trying to get her mental health and health sorted so she has a psychologist and a naturopath other than a stylist I would say many of these are common for a lot of people. Lots of people get their eyebrows done, their hair, botox, or a PT, or waxing. I think saying it's hard to keep up with someone who needs so much and lumping a naturopath and psychologist in there is damaging. They are not really optional or for appearances

A friend messaged me saying “can’t believe she’s at an event” but I was thinking, this is her work right. When I separated from my husband, I still went to work. I showed up at my office job. I had no annual leave to use (nor did I really want to use it for that purpose) I guess it’s the same thing in a weird way? Her work is just “public”

This! I actually respect it a lot. Influencers always want us to think what they do is a ‘real job’, well in a real job you can’t just take several weeks off because your relationship ended (using Deni as an example here). OMR is continuing to work and honour her commitments just as we would all have to if we were going through a separation or divorce. I think she’s actually handled this with a lot of grace, good on her as I am sure it’s not easy when your life is so public.

Hannah Polites new heirloom childrens brand is straight from Alibaba. She claims she spends nap time sketching designs with the help of her daughter but always shows herself BF and laying in bed at nap time with the baby. I don’t believe for a second the daughter sketches next to her.

Brittney Saunders has rented a house near her new store in Miranda for her and her staff who reside in Newcastle to stay at schools they ever need to work at the new store. I’m sorry is that not a great boss lol most wouldn’t care and expect you to drive (might offer petrol money etc) the 2+ hour distance each way. I love that she’s morphed from being a beauty influencer to more of a business lady! Even touring with Mark Bouris which is more than most of the Aus influencer/beauty community can say!

Apologies in advance - long post

Interesting that OMR (in a random story weeks back) said the thing she loved MOST about Justin was that he fully supported what she does for a living (influencing) …she also said they’re both really, REALLY, busy in their careers. Emphasis on ‘REALLY’. My take away from that was 1. Perhaps they hardly see each other (she appears to go interstate/spend more time with her ‘stylist’) & 2. Dolling up, going to events, being photographed & getting freebies is of utmost importance to her.

I understand that’s what influencers do ….but there’s something about Olivia’s constant defensiveness & uppity-ness about her ‘lifestyle’ that made me take note of the subtext.

She often made declarations about the ‘splitting’ of chores & finances in their relationship. ‘His turn’, ‘My turn’. Apparently it really works for them! She protested a little too much - particularly how EQUAL her relationship is/was. None of this is problematic, per se …..just interesting in light of what’s happened.

I think Olivia gives off a cool, nice, ‘chill girl’ image, but I see a rigid, very high-maintenance, obviously privileged woman - has a cleaner, therapist, naturopath, ‘heart-coach’ …list goes on. And ‘Juzzy’ …well, he seems a typical lad - get some beers, get laid …FUN TIMES. Simples.

He might be more spontaneous, with her everything probably has to be scheduled in.
Energetically, there’s a mismatch, & I for one was not surprised when she announced the split. Relationships have to be nurtured & couples of course establish their own rules.

I’m probably completely wrong & he could be an utter arse-hat … but maybe, just maybe, HE’d had enough of HER .

(Also, I think she’ll monetise the ‘break up’ by writing a book)
