Period tracker apps! Massively helpful when I was trying to conceive. Really helped me to understand my PMS symptoms as well!

I have an app called "What3Words". It basically gives you a 3 word combination depending on wherever you are in the world. This pinpoints your exact location, which you can then communicate to emergency services for instance so that they can locate exactly where you are. The entire world has been divided into 3m x 3m squares and each of those squares has been assigned a 3 word combination so it is very precise. Thankfully haven't needed to use that one, but I think it's a great one to have just in case.

Not very interesting but monzo. I set my food, petrol and socialising budgets and just live off that so I can clearly see my disposable income in my current account so I can save more (trying to pay off my car ASAP then save for bigger mortgage)

The period tracker app called Clue!

I came off the coil back in October after being almost a year out of chemotherapy for Hodgkin's lymphoma, was told there's a good chance I'm infertile, luckily my periods came back within a few months! You can track all your symptoms and it works all sorts out for you like your fertile window, cycle length and variations, when you're due to start PMSing (very handy for the husband šŸ˜‚)and when to expect symptoms associated with your period such as headaches, diarrhoea, nausea, bloating etc. Also you can record your temperature if you want a more accurate idea of your fertile period.

Citymapper is a godsend for getting around London, especially for figuring out how different bus routes intersect and where walking might be quicker than public transport. Not infallible but I couldnā€™t live without it. And itā€™s in about 40 cities across the world now šŸ’š

If you have AA car insurance, download the AA app. There are lots of member discounts on there for restaurants, days out, car care and travel.

TopCashback - if you buy anything online, check on there first for available cash back. Iā€™ve had great cash back on holiday bookings, hotel bookings, when I bought my mobile phone as well as shopping etc.

Tube map - a must if youā€™re not familiar with the London tube. Really easy to use.

ā€˜Floā€™ cycle tracker helps me to no end! It works out your cycle and tells you your future period dates which I LOVE if Iā€™m debating when to go on a weekend away/holiday etc..

If youā€™re on O2 I recommend the priority app- I check it every few days to see whatā€™s coming up. I hate it when I donā€™t know someone is touring and then tickets have sold out before I even knew they were going on sale!?(I know it doesnā€™t ā€˜technicallyā€™ help me in daily life but does actually save me some time!

If youā€™re looking at exercise then couch to 5k is a great app to get you running!

I have that too. Only recently 4 ill prepared men were fortunately rescued from Ben Nevis during a bad storm thanks to What3Words.

My favourite apps are Dark Sky, XE.com (we travel a fair bit), maps.me is brilliant because you can download maps for an entire country and then use it offline again handy when travelling. Hive app for controlling the heating/lighting, I keep saying this but brilliant when away from home you can monitor your heating / bump it up for your return, from anywhere in the world. TrueCaller and MrNumber spam filters, I very rarely get spam calls and works with any SIM card including international ones. RemoDuplicate for weeding out duplicate or very similar photos on my phone and iPad. Kindle app if I'm not carrying my Kindle and have a chance to read on the go, it picks up where you left off in the book. Numbers app on IOS, brilliant, we both use it all the time for things like shopping lists to packing lists. AllTrails hiking app.

Plum - itā€™s a savings app that is linked to your bank account and it will take money and deposit it in a separate savings account. Iā€™ve saved so much more using it!

VSCO - Great filters for your Instagram photos

InShot - Allows you to edit and make your own videos/movies

Monzo has absolutely changed my life with budgeting/saving. Theyā€™ve got an option called round ups where it rounds up to the nearest pound of every transaction and puts this into a separate savings ā€œpotā€ which you can then earn interest on! Admittedly itā€™s not very much but it is nice to just check how much Iā€™ve got piling up, as a bit of spare cash.

also having the uber app on my phone so I can always get home if Iā€™m stuck.

London tube app is also essential when visiting London!
