Anyone had tear trough fillers?

Thanks so much. I was looking at the platinum package myself where I'd get 2ml filler and 3 areas botox for 750, whereas if I got just 2 areas botox and 2ml filler on separately I'd be paying 850, so I'd actually be saving a fair bit if I got a bit done in a 3rd area. I'll let you know how I get on!
Do! Good luck 😊

Update!!!

I had the consult and went ahead with 3 areas of botox right there and then! He's so lovely. But he could tell how freaked out I am about the blindness thing so he did say I definitely am a good candidate for the tear trough fillers but that as I'm so worried it could be worth taking time to think about it and maybe get them in my 2 week review of the botox. Which was so good to hear because that's what I had in mind to do myself, start with the Botox and ease myself in! Now I just have to get this fear out of my head, he told me it's like 0.01% anything like that would happen but that I shouldn't get it if I'm going to be sitting in the chair freaking out that I'm going to go blind. So I dunno how I'll get past that in my head but I'm going to try my damnest because I really want them done so bad when I go back. I know it would look so amazing and he's so reassuring, he went through everything to expect from the Botox so that I wouldn't be freaking out over the next few days too (obviously picking up that I am one to freak out  ).

The actual botox was no bother. Got crows lines done but he said I'd really need to get the middle and forehead done too for it to balance out, which made sense. I've a headache now but I expected that and I get those a lot anyway. I'm half hoping I might be happy enough with the botox that I don't feel the need for the filler but he said himself I've very pronounced hollows so I suppose I'll see how I feel in 2 weeks time.

So happy I went there though and if anyone is reading this considering it then you should absolutely go to them if you're in Dublin, especially if you're anxious like I was.

Have you considered getting Morpheus 8 instead? I’m training in Aesthtics atm and I’m very wary of learning to do the under eye Iv seen so so so many awful jobs, not equal plus the complications are huge round there due to the placement of the veins etc. Even if you aspirate there is still chance of a blockage of the veins!

Sorry I only skimmed through the other replies but make sure do lots of research and good look!

Also botox is life haha 💗

Oh trust me I've put years of my life into looking all of this up! Also saw a cosmetic surgeon previously before finding this place. That's what the whole thread was about. Blockage of an artery would be the issue and it's more of an issue in the nose and forehead region for filler, and at that point still extremely rare.

Thanks though, I do appreciate the comment, I'd have been you a few years ago, but I'm working on getting over that fear of a 0.01% risk for something that can drastically change how I look and feel about myself (my hollows are pretty bad and nothing else is going to work there, Morpheus 8 wouldn't help as I don't have loose skin, I have a genetic tear trough hollow).

Dying to see how the botox looks in a few days!

Good luck with it all then! I didn’t want to scare you just make sure done lots of research as there is some terrible jobs about!! Make sure you follow the after care advice and drink loads of water for at least 2 days before hand! The hyaluronic acid works best when hydrated. It basically binds with the water molucles

Also if you’re into the facials etc I’d recommend profhilo to you all it’s so good xx

I’m delighted it went well for you! I’ve booked mine for next month and can’t bloody wait😂 it feels so weird when the Botox kicks in the first time but you’ll feel so fresh looking with it 😊

I know what filler it is, it's actually one that's recommended everywhere.

Not sure where you heard that but it's definitely not true in my experience.

That’s literally not true though.
In one of their other posts the same poster claimed the fillers came from Sweden, last time I checked that's not in Eastern Europe... 🤣. The filler used is actually Restylane which is especially recommended for the tear trough because it has less chance of migrating than Juvederm. As for the Botox: Botox is botox, "cheap" botox is one that's diluted and they have an actual whole blog post talking about how some other places do this and how shady it is.

I believe they also reference Sabrina Hill as a botched job which is ridiculous because she looks damn good for her age regardless of her personality of influencer status. And as for using influencers for marketing, that's how marketing works, I do it every week in my job. If influencers didn't promote businesses well, you wouldn't be here talking about them because you wouldn't even know about them.

Going by their post history it sounds like someone with a bit of a vendetta to me.

FYI, in case anyone else saw their other posts about Sisu, I also saw their post about how apparently much of an a Pat is - I couldn't give two shites what he's like, he's the investor, he doesn't do the treatments. As for his face, it certainly looks better than it did before he got any treatments, the fella ain't in his 20s.

Honestly winds me up people taking to anonymous gossipy forums to trash a business. If you’ve a problem with them have the guts to make a complaint from your actual account like a normal person like 😂
