I know alot of folk are being scared shitless by what is coming out in the media. I know alot of people are effectively in shock about the changes to their lives

I thought I'd set up this thread as a place of sanctuary and reflection for other like minded souls in the Alternative community to pass on practical and emotional advice to those that are really struggling at the moment, or those that are simply curious about other viewpoints on what we are all currently experiencing.
