Started a thread as I think we'll hear a lot about him in the coming months

The police are now investigating whether he's linked to 3 other stabbings including a 14 year old boy on Friday

Anthony Williams, 32, has been charged with 11 counts of attempted murder - police say they are also looking at other possibly linked incidents in Peterborough.

The obvious question: Why was he not apprehended before the attack on the train? He stabbed a 14 year old boy the day before - and also turned up at a barbers shop twice, brandishing a huge knife.

There must have been plenty of CCTV etc, to trace his movements fairly quickly - and arrest him.

Are there no police in Peterborough? WTF?

This is why so many people no longer feel safe, just being out doing their normal day to day stuff.
