I feel you. Mine are nice and are always polite when we see them, but they have seven dogs 🥲 They are constantly barking, when I work shifts! They get on my nerves sooo much 😫

I realise I posted this and didn't elaborate 😂😂😂

So, mine are lovely, all of them, with the exception of one who really isn't awful but his dog is always running off lead but that's as bad as it gets

There's a lot of community spirit. It's let's go see the new people on the street, have a whatsapp group, stop you for a chat when you're on your way to work even though you're running late and theufe retired so they don't have to rush anywhere, stopping for a chat when you're popping your bins out

They are so lovely, so sweet but such a pain in the a

I was coming home from work and passed the new family who were unloading their groceries. Said good evening to them and then encountered another neighbour. Said good evening to get and she's clocked the new neighbors and insisted we both go and say hi. I was like eh..they're busy but she insisted so she did and she wouldn't leave them alone. Poor people were dying to get theirs shopping in the house but she's all full of neighborly goodness

I know what you mean ... you don't want to offend them in any way, but by the same token their behaviour can be a little suffocating ...

I'd take to wearing headphones whenever there's a chance you might bump into them ... either pretend you're on a call with someone (and talk to yourself), or pretend you can't hear them over the sound of whatever you're 'listening' to.
