First, I thought the same thing : that it was the corporate appartment allocated by the bank to Joseph. But in Geneva & Zurich, every bank has a private lounge - or several- to receive clients discreetly. They are like real appartments but without bedrooms and they are not in the same building as the bank. I know the Lombard Odier's ones since I know one of the head-associated. The particularity of the lounges is to always have a big ice carafe for champagne, visible right away. And this is how I spotted the trick, in one of the picture I saw an ordinary champagne bucket that one can see in a bank lounge. Beside, the design with the disposition of the couches is typical, the big lamp in the entry also. The design is very Lebanese too : see the pins of the couches. And the most important, the design was made for muslim clients, see the pictures on the wall without any human figuration. The majority of Audi Bank's clients are muslims. The Christian Marronites depose their money in banks like Lombard Odier, Pictet or other very small and private banks in Geneva that I shall not mention, but things are public so I don't give you a secret here. This is not an appartment arranged by a woman or a gay like Joseph. It has nothing personal.

She films and takes pictures always in the week-ends because it's the only time when the lounge is completly free, otherwise Joseph must declare his presence in it. The rest of the time she must live elsewhere in a very modest place. I mean what affluent woman is doing her squats on the pavement of the most trivial park of Geneva like the park Bertrand? She can do it at home with Ivan if she has a home. But she hasn't!

I got you Anna Bey, maybe I can even indentify the place, now I see the windows! It's not even a high floor! All the Geneva lounges are at the mezzanine or the first and second floor, it depends of the architecture of the building. It's for security reasons, there must be a quick escape for the clients, just in case.

Ah, you ladies move fast! Here I was about to enjoy my weekend and it's a treat - new thread. Now, dear new readers, we all know it's difficult to read through thousands of comments, so I will chip in from my memory and I am very sorry not to credit the original posters:

1. Anna Bey's real name is Aija Räty, she comes from mixed Eastern European background, grew up in Sweden, only finished high school and exchanged free college education for topless dancing in Ibiza (photos of that in previous threads) and escorting in London (witness accounts also in previous threads).
2. She's not married to a rich oligarch, banker or affluent man at all. In fact, previous threads uncovered that she's not married at all (scam marriage at best since January 2021 but as from September same year her husband is nowhere around her).
3. Anna is a racist. Google Dossier contains two videos (one might be suspicious as it is only recording from the FB conversation but the other one shows her talking and calling Shera's followers 'ratchet' - term used as a racial slur). Anna has also stolen material from a black Youtuber Pink Pill, has never addressed the accusations and deleted and blocked her own followers from asking. Anna also only featured WOC in her jetsetbabe when pressed by her readers and even made a lousy attempt at explaining herself (a post from her jetsetbabe blog is in previous threads). Anna's black students came forward on Tattle to confirm her racist attitude in previous threads.
4. Her husband Joseph Hallit is a minor Bank Audi (Lebanon) worker, not even a private banker as we would imagine, definitely not at the top of the ladder. Neither Anna nor Joseph (a.k.a. Average Joe or just Joe) were ever invited to formal events that a person of multimillionaire status and top position would, the only events Anna post about are from the same 3 people - Lina Hadid, Bassam (the hot guy she's been rubbing her coochie coochie coo at - pictures of that in previous threads) and Karim (probably the most innocent of them all as seen in her Elite Scamming course, an investor guy who's recently married - pictures in previous threads).
5. Anna owns no luxury property, no car, not even designer bags and clothing purchased only recently. Most of her pieces are either fakes or only purchased after July 2020 since the release of her expensive Secrets of the Elite Woman scam. Her previous videos from the same IKEA closet filled with clothing come from a tiny apartment in Geneva (pictures of that in previous threads and on her YT channel). Ladies here tracked her address and it's not even in an upscale area. Also, no husband around and the rented 'studio' in what looks like a Swiss village fooled not many.
6. Anna is faking all aspects of her affluent lifestyle - she's never attending big events like Monaco racing or Canes film festival. She has posted on her on-again-off-again blog Jetsetbabes.com pictures of real affluent escorts or sugar babies or even socialites who do travel and never herself. Nowadays she always seem to travel to some villages, cheap places in order to make excuse why she was not in the 'IT' spot that the moment.
7. Anna also fakes her diseases. It was first with Graves now CoVid Coma in someone else. Yet she still travels, doesn't vaccinate, posts random bags and shoes and not her family or friends supporting her or a person she's supposedly is worried about.
8. Text from the expensive scamming course is also in Google Dossier for those who want to see the 'cat' before buying it in the bag.
9. Anna is using illegal ID collection for her A-list app, now has trouble with Swiss authorities and several students filed complaints about data collection. Since then and since her marriage scam has been unveiled, Anna left Geneva for London.
10. Anna's marketing techniques are linked to a known scammer Dan Lock. She also never interacts with her students longer than to secure the money, she abandoned her free FB group altogether and now her newest scam, I mean, app users are complaining about her inelegant deportment.
11. Lastly, Anna portrays poverty mindset by showing off her possessions (as if she never had them before and in fact, she never had them before), trashing fast fashion like ZARA, bragging about 'elegant' items a lady must posses to be called 'elegant' in the deleted video caused a backlash, she has never be seen participating in charities, not for Beirut explosion victims (the land of her husband), nor for animals (she claims to love horses but they clearly don't love her back - animals have that magical sense of evil people), most of her expensive items she posted in IG or YT were borrowed from her rich friend Lina Hadid (and now don't make a comeback since Lina, Bassam and Karim distanced themselves from her), she's been filming her videos in hotels pretending it's her home by placing personal items (clues of that in previous threads, she's been faking flying in private jets (photos of a plain from aviation show in previous thread), she's a mess when it comes to style and culture (since tattle poked fun at that, she's going to museums and opera looking like a clown and clearly is bored there).

So, ladies and gents, do take some time and read those threads, they contain very disturbing information. I wish you all great weekend!

I have my own bathroom, a walking closet, a boudoir and a room with random stuff.
We have a cleaning lady who comes twice a week and are considering hiring someone for the garden.
We have many cabinets full of beautiful china, glasses etc.
We live in one of the biggest French city near the center.
I can choose to stay at home or work.
I have a personal trainer and I don’t exercise on the ground in a public parc. I take individual dancing and singing lessons.
We own cars, mine is lovely with leather, mahogany…
We host dinners, are often invited to parties, galas, charity events…
Etc.

I am far from being rich like this woman and I consider myself being middle class. So I don’t understand how women, from « rich » countries can fall for Anna lies. It’s obvious she has nothing! No properties, no love, no sense of style etc.
When I found her videos I was so shocked, she obviously knew nothing!

Well I guess a woman who has her own blancket in a village of a poor country is richer than Anna Bey. Everybody should look around them, they will understand they have the same and more than this woman. What people are impressed with are the architectural backgrounds of the big European cities. But you know, baron Haussmann didn't create Paris only for Anna Bey, it's for everybody. Geneva and London too. If @MollyHL, @Vanilla&cyanide and I, who are living in France, start to show to the people how we take our coffee at a French terrasse people will think we're affluent. But it's not us, it is the city, the French culture, the French architecture etc. If I show you my 18th c. desk you will think I am the wife of a rich art collector. But in fact I bought it for nothing, an IKEA desk is more expensive than mine. But if you put my desk in an empty room is like an exposition of art, the room doesn't need decoration. If you put the IKEA one, you must buy the whole IKEA concept in order to have something acceptable in the room.
And this is available for all the "activites" she is showing : it's not her "elegance", it's the Western European elegance of the cities. But if you are in EE you have amazing historical cities, if you are in Asia, Gosh don't let me start with this topic, it's my dream to see thoses countries....
The "affluent" life is in everybody's hands.

I will type my favorite parts, but to be honest, the whole half hour is really good.

Annette talking about what gurus like Anna Bey portray their life to be:
1. You're looking at a lifestyle that costs 10M-15M pounds a year. That's not realistic.
2. How many billionaires are there in the world? 2,755. (IMO: Throwing shade at Anna's video titled: Do You Meet Billionaires in Mykonos).
3. Make sure they have the RECEIPTS. If they say that they're married, are they really married? They don't have to show you their marriage certificate. How is it that Tattle has figured out my housing situation? They must be stalking me outside, I'm being followed by the paparazzi. I guess this is what I signed up for and it may be a sign of FAME. Oh, how I long for it! It's time to share with my followers that my life is in shambles due to [insert pity idea here]. Let's see, I used death a few weeks ago, and now the "not feeling well" excuse, so that only leaves one more story to make the housing situation believable:

I think Marie-Anne Lecoeur recently made some videos on her YT channel about what elegance really is, to not confuse it (as she said in the comment) with social climbing, that it is a lifestyle which is not related to money status. And she pointed out that competition or thinking that being elegant makes the person better than others is wrong mindset. (Elegant way to say that calling women "plain Janes" is in a bad taste)
