Anyone else seen? I thought it was pretty meh.

I read the book a few years back - that was pretty meh too. Was quite intrigued to see this though it’s been quite hyped - but can believe it might be overrated. It’s that very zeitgeisty female led narrative about drinking and sex and female friendship that started with girls and spawned a million copycats in tv and literature (and now film) A lot of it just isn’t that good.(though when it’s good it can be great - broad city , dolly alderton)
