American/Canadian Medical Drama's

I thought I would start a thread about Medical Drama's from the other side of the Pond.

I've watched many of the over years and at the moment I'm watching shows that I've not
had the chance too see. For example New Amsterdam which is what I'm watching ATM.

Since getting subscribed to NOWTV I now have access to those shows I've missed and
caught up with currents shows.

Till recently only two shows on my list, Chicago Med and The Resident, I'm waiting for the
6th Season of Chicago Med but I've just rewatched Season 5. The Resident is on now which
I record weekly.

I discovered a new show being shown on Sky Witness called "Transplant" which is a Canadian
medical drama, it's running at the moment but using NOWTV I've watch all 13 episodes of the
first season.

I have a couple of shows lined up to watch, Coroner and The Good Doctor.

ER still holds up!! Fantastic show. I used to like Chicago Hope too. Along the medical lines Nip/Tuck was great until the last few seasons. Proper enjoyable trash.

Never seen it but I've discovered that I can see the show from the Pilot, Channel Four have it on their All 4 website and I'm thinking of giving that a go at some point. Must have been a good show to last 15 seasons.

I watched every episode of ER, it was/is fantastic TV. The episode Love’s labours lost when it was a full moon and they were overrun with labouring women was just

It’s very good. The first season or two is perhaps a little dated now but it’s very good all together and it’s the kind of thing you can watch a good few episodes of back to back.

Definitely watch I don’t think any medical drama compares!

It’s so good. Stephen Spielberg was one of the original people involved with it so that’s the calibre of it

I'm totally going to rewatch it, one of the channels on freeview shows it very late at night so I catch the odd episode. The theme gives me goosebumps.

I love House! I think Hugh Laurie is fantastic in that role.

Never seen ER, I may have to watch it.

I've just had a look at the ER cast from the IMDB, quite a few actors/actress that I know.

Jorja Fox (CSI)
Marg Helgenberger (CSI)
Khandi Alexander (CSI- Miami)
CCH Pounder (NCIS N.O)
Omar Epps (House)
Alan Alda (M*A*S*H)
Sally Field

There are probably a few more who made maybe one or two appearances.

You will love it, I know this has kind of turned into the ER thread but its such an amazing show.
