Amazon Music Free Trial - Help!

Amazon make this really tricky, I remember being similarly confused when trying to cancel kindle unlimited.

On the web version, it looks as though there is a separate option in the dropdown from Hello [User] Account and Lists - for 'Your Music Subscriptions'. Should be able to cancel it in there. If not try the webchat help, they can be helpful!

I signed up for a three month Amazon Music Unlimited Individual Plan trial on my phone (it's pants so don't bother if you're thinking about it) and my subscription is about to auto-renew and I wish to cancel.

When I go into the App it's not letting me cancel. I go into Settings, Manage Subscription and try and click on Individual Plan where it tells me that my subscription will renew on 29th September, but it won't open.

When I log into my Amazon account on the web, it says I have no subscriptions?

Does anyone know how I can cancel this please?

If you did it on your phone, you have to cancel it the way you would a normal app subscription.
This is mine via the play store.

I don't mind Amazon music tbh.
Especially for an offer like that.
I do prefer Spotify but refuse to pay for it
