It’s not unreasonable to not want to go, but it’s also not unreasonable for your boss to want to see his staff in person once in a while. 2 weeks is enough notice IMO, it’s just bad luck you won’t have your car.
If you normally live in that city and attend that office then no, it’s not unreasonable. 2 weeks is also ample time to make arrangements. You could ask if it’s really necessary for you to attend and can they let you video in instead.
Been WFH 6 hours from my workplace. No problems with this. My manager has called 1 hour meeting for staff in 2 weeks time. My car will be in garage so will have to get the train costing £100+ and will need to use London Underground and wear face mask etc.
Am I being unreasonable about not wanting to attend?
**Edit I normally live in that city but I have been living with family for the past 18 months.
