She’s getting a weekly blow dry I think as she can’t cope with it herself when it’s her own hair. The hairband is a shocker on it tho. Ridiculous.

Her hair is ruined. There’s about four layers of breakage through the length and the front is thinning. That’s what years of badly thought through extensions and scraping it back into buns does for you ladies. She should crop it.

The 'wear the shorts' thing really irritated me. As if she's going to get odd looks on the street for wearing a pair of cycling shorts. She's slim, white, blonde, and a fitness instructor (supposedly). Same with food freedom - she isn't the target audience for those freedoms, she already has them! That language is aimed at plus size people who DO need to give themselves 'permission' to go about their business and ignore the fat phobia that exists!

I had to chuckle at Roar Fitbess Gals engagement and wedding ring. Identical ones that Alice has (think Alice got married quite a while after Sally did). Do any of these women have a unique thought in their head?!

I notice she’s only wearing the shorts and telling us about them because she’s lost weight much as she says she hasn’t. So hypocritical.her book really is the biggest load of shite out there.

Paddy sat opposite me on the tube yesterday. He was hanging out of his arse. So much so that he pulled the zip on his jumper up and put it over his head to block out the light while he slept he had shorts on and I recognised his legs from when he watches tv

He also didn’t have his wedding ring on
