Yep. The fact is she had good enough French and Italian to get TV jobs there backs up her degree claim. She is also middle class with academic parents so that backs it up too and it was in the days of free 3rd level education! It would be more weird if she didn't have a degree.

It's 15 occasions of absence too. The school are a joke tbh. Just this month they wrote to Ioan with some vague blather as there was no mention of what the outcomes of the home visits and phone calls was. Why is she off? Is Alice pretending illness? Did she answer the phone? Did they even get in the door with the home visits? I doubt it.

I am not sure Alice can use the illness card - it would beg the question if Elsie is ill why isn't she being brought to a doctor? But, there may be a Munchausens by proxy situation going on too. Elsie seems healthy anyway.

The situation is serious but they have no action plan. Instead they will wait until next year, ie August when the schools go back, when they might get the SART team involved. What about doing it earlier this year?? FFS California is a shambles. Alice is just wiping her a with all the letters. This is the problem with letting her get away with everything, things just escalate and no one does a damn thing!

I just realised the last Exhibit, Exhibit 6 was for Ella who I thought was going to an online school as Alice said so in the trial. Maybe she will be going online from August??

According to Ioan, Ella is going to a Middle School but only 60% of the time. (The Exhibit for EM, Exhibit 5, was older data so maybe EM's isn't so bad now?) I don't get it as Ella should be in High School not Middle school anyway. Did they make a mistake with the exhibits?

I'm still waiting to hear back from my teacher friend on whether she's had any experience with this level of truancy and what's been done about it. I know she's had some wild ones, including the kid whose parents got him a tattoo for his 13th birthday, so I'm curious about all this.

Henrietta Malice has that same greasy narc luck that Shitler has and uses to get away with everything somehow, so I'd imagine that usually the school would take care of this, but for Malice they'll make an exception.

So that anon report was correct about Ella - she started in BH High School in August 2024 (after a year of no school iirc) but soon dropped out and someone said she had disappeared for no obvious reason. Alice claimed it was 'anxiety' hmmmm. She hasn't been in a proper school since. Elsie will probably do the online thing in August as it's one way to stop the phone calls and letters.

Does anyone check what happens at these online schools? What if a kid doesn't log in? Nothing I suppose.

That was Alice's infamous narrative and was designed to scare the kids and villainize Ioan. While I agree Ella was far gone early on, in 2021 I said that at least Elsie should be removed from Alice's care with Alice only getting supervised contact. Nothing was done and the longer you leave kids with abusers the harder it is to do anything. That's the stage it's at now - nothing can be done except cut off her spousal. I have also said that CS should be cut off too and Alice should be made to pay for them which I stand by. If Alice had a job, she wouldn't be motivated to keep them at home all day. It's time to stop mollycoddling Alice and making Ioan solely responsible for kids he can't see.

That’s not the law though. He’s still responsible for his children. So is she though.

Alice seems to be Dark Tetrad personality. She seems to have traits of psychopathy.

I recall how ages ago there was a joke riddle. The classic story went like this:

A woman attends her own mother's funeral. There, she meets a man she has never seen before and instantly falls for him. She forgets to get his number and never sees him again. A few days later, she kills her sister.

The Question: Why did she kill her sister?

The "Psychopath" Answer: She killed her sister so she would have a reason to hold another funeral, hoping the mysterious man would attend again.

It was a joke and not a real test, yet if someone quessed it, it was said they have a level of psychopathy.

Alice seems to operate under the same logic. Willing to harm the girls to get Ioan talking to her.

The AI claims that in current scenario Alice not letting/not making the daughter attend school and SARB getting involved constitutes a breach of the DVRO (a judge can view it as such; in California) as it is affecting the peace of Ioan.
If it gets revealed that she keeps her attending and makes her keep her company or doing cooking/cleaning, it can become very serious.

Due to the PA, apparently, there is a scenario after SARB getting involved of Alice being stripped of any custodial rights and EM becoming "a ward of the state".

However, in reality we saw the GAL being useless, Dupee not doing her work etc
