I stopped commenting on these threads a while ago. I just found Evans so depressing. The abject miserable waste of a life is unfathomable to me.
In 4 years she went out for dinner half a dozen times and did a couple of weekends work. (Obviously stalking and harassing was a full time occupation).
No sympathy for her but it’s just so pathetic and dismal.
I think the ‘offering kids coke’ is a bit of a red herring. I expect Ioan, like any sane human being, didn’t actually think she would give small children class A drugs.
He would have seen her saying she left the door open for her drug dealers as one of her zany, inappropriate comments.
That doesn’t mean he shouldn’t have included it in this filing. Evans’s actions clearly caused her child distress and I have no doubt she did leave the doors open.
Very sensible of him not to mention it in his public filing though three years ago. His kids were still living in that house and Alice was negligent about security and their safety. The address was a matter of public record. Rightly, we’ll never know what was disclosed in custody filings.
I still believe he wouldn’t have had a chance if he’d have tried to get full custody then. She’d have claimed a moment of madness, being under stress at the sudden blindsiding and offered to do a parenting and sobriety course. Those who say Social Services in the UK would have acted clearly do not live in the same county as me.
He had no idea of how vengeful she would be and how low she’d go.
As for her latest filing - she says he tanked her credit score by not paying the mortgage but twice in the same document she says he paid all household expenses including the mortgage. Make it make sense.
