Alice Evans & Ioan Gruffudd #277 Alice's Continued Abuse may Disqualify her from Receiving Spousal Support

Congratulations to @jackieweavericestorm for the title and to Joseph Langlois for saying it! I put in 'spousal' in case any FM or AFE try to claim Ioan doesn't want to support the kids. They do anyway but they can't claim we are saying it.

It's less likely that she did that. She goes after IG's mother because she knows that upsets him and will provoke another lawyer's letter from him. Going after her dad and step mother wouldn't have the same knock on effect. They've probably blocked her a long time ago anyway. It's possible Gill doesn't block her as they want to gather more evidence for the DVRO extension.

they accept and she gets to shame Ioan about how even his parents don't "back" him (because when you financially support your sons abuser that's what it is in the end).

She quite clearly operates under that mindset from the start, when she emailed his mom early in the separation her rant was about how they have to back her (and in her mind the kids) over him.

Then there is also the fact that taking money from Ioan's parents means that either they can no longer help Ioan when he is in need, or that they will need Ioan's help (they are clearly not rich). If she would take from her own family it has no impact on Ioan.

At the end of the day some of the support she has received over the years was lend by Bianca and Bianca's mom (!!!). Iaon's parents have also contributed by lending Ioan money. anyone but Alice is supporting those children (Alice cant really claim to be supporting her children if her earnings dont cover at least a third of the costs, which are her own costs for herself, that's the aspect she keeps ignoring)

So according to the Con schedule for today - Alice doesn't seem to be that busy as -

12.15 - she is doing photos for $50 in room 272/273

but by

12.30 - she has a $40 autograph session in the Theatre




..... so less than 15 minutes for photos so it sounds like not many people have booked for today

It sounds like friends are still taking care of Elsie as she's been to a Shabbat/Shabbos dinner, though presumably they either don't know that the girls are on their own (or they're not actually on their own) as surely it would be a sleepover otherwise.

If I was Alice I would simply claim she hired someone to take care of them in the house, this way neither assumes that the house is empty or that the kids are alone. She lies so much, how come she can't lie about this?

•To all of our amusement, as far as one can be amused in a situation like this, Tattle receipts made it into Ioan’s response but the real take away from the response is that Ioan ain’t playing no more.

•He included the cuntemporary post with the prescriptions for what seemed like a build up to ask the judge to not award any spousal support given Alice unrelenting and escalating behaviour.

•The picture that Alice posted of Elsie with the nebulizer made it into the court papers too. It feels like maybe there will be a separate action forthcoming to address the many violations of the custody stipulation.
