Advice - harrasment

Ahahha

Hello all

So I don't know how to start this but for the past year this lady who i have spoke to twice everytime I go to my friends house she keeps staring at me and I mean watches what I am doing to the fact 4 months ago I asked her what she was staring at then 2 days ago she came up to me and started screaming in my face saying I was a large lazy dole queen and that she's going to make my life hell as I have said I only spoke to her twice once about her dog and second time she was listening about my chronic illness but she really hates me and my family want to get involved but I don't think it wise also want to point out last night I was talking to my pal at my window and her and this other lady I know went past and now she knows where I live as the other one daughter showed her she's 8 I'm at a loss.

First of all you need to report the screaming incident to the police and keep a log and report any other incidents.

In regards to her starting, that isn't a crime in itself and I would not say it is harassment or stalking as she is not coming to find you, you just happen to be near her. She's a curtain twitcher shall we say but I am not sure asking what someone is staring at is a great idea, it only provokes trouble.

I would be having a word with the other lady you know, see if she knows that the issue is and also why on earth was her daughter showing someone where you live.

I agree with the other poster. Make sure to log all incidents. People who directly harrass people are lowlife losers, pity them OP.

I know she a snobby cow everyone says it and she wants trouble. Someone else told me that she started on them screaming ect and they don't walk past her house but tbh for the past few months I ain't been near her house I only go to my mums and that i will be logging everything that happens I also put my camera for my house at the window jusr incase she comes near my flat.

I have alot on with my neighbours from hell and some other things i really never needed this to be honest it made me so ill yesterday I never spike to anyone really and all I did was cry

The cheeky cow! I know exactly what you mean, i've had my fair share of troublesome neighbours too, like most 🤣 I only ask for 2 things 1.) Detached house 2.) Countryside lol can't be arsed with all the stupidness man.

Hun, don't let the guys get you down, it's what they want. Stay strong or if you need to get a family member to back them off a bit, I know you don't want to but it may help 😜

Honestly you sound like one of my pals as I won't let anyone get involved it's the same with the neighbours and atm I'm the same city life aint for me

Haha inhate city life so today i was walking past and they both started staring and that made me so mad like honestly I asked what the duck they was staring at and said if you have anything to say say it to me face I was raging 😤 I know I shouldn't of done it I think it's a build up but my friends was watching me rage and they was saying how 2 faced of one of the girls is and that the one that screamed had plenty of chances to say it to me but waited till I was myself but they understand why I went mad iv got alot on my plate and this adds to it

I made friends with a neighbour in an adjacent flat in 2025 She was going to leave her partner who she said was stealing her money when she fell over her balcony and in hospital. She was going to Bristol in June 2025. Long story short I wish I'd never have met them, I have been visited by police twice. The first lot couldn't give a tit. Made another complaint as her partner has actually been following me around. Police came around and told us that was harassment and could be elevated. I'm to use the sound recorder on my phone and I can say I can recognise their voices.The police told me they would send me a link to upload videos, they didn't do this. This evening I went to my local shop to buy mint tabs for my partners cigarettes, one beer and cat biscuits. I decided to go the long way around over the bridge. ( Since Ive been diagnosed with stage 2 COPD) I've been advised to walk and keep active as much as I can. Well that hole follows me over the bridge, didn't go to his block, smiles at me, shoved me and started mouthing off. I was raging myself so it was a rage off. He was obviously on something, my son came down to tell him to get away from me. All he said was "look at my shoes" look at my coat" . My kid basically said boasting about crumpled clothes isn't anything to be proud of. My partner rang the police when i returned home, I was raging so couldn't speak. We will be getting a third visit tomorrow, hopefully the third time is a charm.
