Going by what they did in the summer. My daughters grades were a mixture of mocks and teachers assessment. She wasn't happy... She felt one of her teachers gave her no room for improvement. She tried to appeal but the school wouldn't budge. She got into her chosen university despite it all.

I'm glad she did, there's going to be a lot of disappointment ...I'm just gutted because if they go off his mocks it's not great..he wants to do a degree apprenticeship 😕
I think they will try and be as fair as possible. I think there will be more leniency with exam results this year. Universities, colleges, apprenticeships will take into account that students haven't been in school much and exams were cancelled. I think expectations will be lower. Entry grades will be lower. I wouldn't worry ❤

So my son was predicted Distinctions in all 3 of his Alevels..however his mock results where 2 passes and a merit. Had a zoom parents evening and all 3 said he'd have have no trouble reaching his predicted results. Now exams arent going ahead I'm just wondering what will happen? Will he have go off his mocks results or will they go off his predicted result? Sorry but it all confuses me 4 kids 3 schools and a son with autism who rarely sleeps...my brains fried. He did say his coursework will also be taken into account?
