Does anyone follow her on Instagram? I used to when she did the 5.2 diet and did well with her weightloss now I think she’s taken it to extremes with One meal a day. 72 hour fasts I unfollowed her a while back i think it’s really unhealthy what she’s doing
I loooove her! But only because OMAD and IF aren’t calorie counted. She doesn’t mind her cals and I think she’s only done the extended fast the once
I do like her I just think she’s starting to go extreme even with 48 hr fasts, she did so well on the 5.2 she doesn’t need to be so extreme
