Will find it and have a listen - thanks!I don’t have kids, but on the ‘maybe baby’ podcast there’s an episode with Russell Kane where he talks about/explains how he and his wife sorted their child’s sleep!
I can’t explain it because I don’t have kids so I didn’t really get it but I’ve seen people rave about it
I’m listening to him now. I want to punch him. He sounds so incredibly smug. I’ve tried everything he says he did and it. did. not. work. Will find it and have a listen - thanks!
My 4 month son is EBF aswel, and I swear the milk does not fill him up, I tried formula the other week for 4 nights before bed it did give him a Couple extra hours at night, however, th constipation and smelly farts/poops was not worth itMy baby is 4months, she was hourly then 2hourly now 3hourly wake ups,she can at a push go 4, she’s ebf and I think this may affect her sleeping,I’m always happy for the 3hr gaps,I’m definitely feeling it,she’s done up to 6hrs in the past but she was mixed fed then, and prob full up to the brim with formula, but I dunnoI fantasise about a full night never had one yet. I’d say what your experiencing is very Normal and sounds like my ‘good’ nights if
I’m honest x
I’m reluctant to switch for this very reason x the benefits out way the full night sleep (something i never thought I’d say believe me) not making the bottle saves the tears in the night so the wakes are quickly tended to plus no bottles to plan etc etc-but back to the sleep thing,my 1st daughter was formula and still woke through the night too,Every baby is so different - advice for one won’t be the same for another-I’m still working on naps -I try doing the same things each day before sleep,so baby knows whatsMy 4 month son is EBF aswel, and I swear the milk does not fill him up, I tried formula the other week for 4 nights before bed it did give him a Couple extra hours at night, however, th constipation and smelly farts/poops was not worth it
I look after a baby the same age atm and during the day it only falls asleep in the pram on the balcony but then sleeps for around 2 hours... If you don't have a balcony maybe put the pram in front of the open window... I've already tried this at night and it definitely slept better / longer. Just make sure it's not too warm/cold. I put too much clothes on and it was actually sweating.Hello everyone.
my little boy is coming up 4 months and the sleep regression has hit us both hard. He’s gone from not waking 9.30-6 and now wakes at 2 and 5.30. Also he’s being a serious nap refuser during the day to the point he’s seriously overtired and screaming his head off at me.
Can anyone give me any advice or tips on how they coped and got through this stage?
