Apologies if this has been done already , sort of like a New Years resolution, I’m going to attempt 21 things , 21 different things for 2021
1. Have 21 no spend days
2. Do 21 random things for others , sort of like random acts of kindness, I did this for my 40th
3. Read 21 books
4. Donate 21 things to charity shops
5. Use local businesses 21 times
6. Lose 21 lbs
7. Cook 21 new things
8. Try 21 new different foods/fruits / veg
9. 21 long walks
10. Take the dog for a walk 21 minutes a day twice a day ( not sure this is achievable)
11. Listen to 21 different podcasts
12. Pamper myself and treat myself 21 times throughout the year
13. Save £ 2021this year ( put money I would have spent on a coffee in a jar , not buying a takeaway at work ) hopefully getting to £2021 in the jar or save £20 21 times , this gives you £420
13. Do 21 eco friendly things
14. Visit 21 different places , even the local park that’s literally 15 minutes walk and I’ve never been there ! )
15. Grow 21 different things , veg / herbs this is easier than you think
16. Make 21 healthy changes in my life
17. Do 21 days of overtime
18. 21 days of no sugar or sweet treats
19. 21 personal declutters , a drawer, a wardrobe , old makeup , old creams
20. 21 pint glasses of water each week
21. 21 minutes of cleaning daily , no more no less , doing this each day is manageable to keep my home clean and tidy
