Little changes,
I've changed the time between posts to 120 seconds. I'm getting reports that on some threads people are double and triple posting short messages so thought it might be a good idea to up it. 120 seconds to read a thread then do a reply seems like enough to me.You can edit your last reply and add more in rather than posting again.
Updated the main section from gossip to critical as it seemed a better fit and more accurate.
