HIT MY STONE 🤩 don’t know why I jumped on the scales this morning given that I had a Pizza Hut on Friday night and started my period yesterday but I did and after 9 weeks I’ve lost my first stone 🤩

I’m still a long way from where I want to be but it feels so achievable to do what I’ve just done another few times over🙌🏼

Well team - I bought a pair of jeans at the weekend...size 18!! I was just about in tears in the changing room! The last pair of jeans I bought were a size 26 👀

They are maybe a wee bit tight once they are on, but the 20 was too big.

Guys I’m soooo excited!! I started off at 17stone 2lbs (240lbs) and I’m now at 14st 1lb (198.2lbs) I’m so close to reaching the 13stone range! I’ve not been that weight in about 8 years, after I reach 13 stone I’ll be two more stone to go to reach my goal weight!!🤩💪🏼

I thought I’d gained this week after that so didn’t want to weigh myself. Turns out I’ve lost another kilo. LOOK HOW CLOSE I AM!!!

We're all celebrating weight loss today in my house 🤣 Getting pizza with my sister later 😃

Im down almost 38 pounds, sister 37 pounds, my mum 28 pounds and now at her goal weight and my dad lost 80 pounds in 2019 😊

Wrecked after my walk 😂 Shower, pjs, pizza and netflix 😃

Guys I finally got there even after increasing my cals half way to maintenance! Woohoo exactly 30 kilos done and goal weight officially reached 🥳

An update noone asked for...3lb loss this week 🎉🎉
3 weeks of being consistent with my calorie counting & movement, making a total loss of 8lb in 3 weeks. I'm feeling so proud of myself because after a week I'm normally head first into a takeout or diving into the chocolate.

Week 25: -2 lbs
Total: 4 stone!!

Obligatory dance break:




Six months of calorie counting. Walking is still my main exercise. Started lifting weights this week (ow, ow, ow...). One stone to healthy BMI. Aiming for 7 lbs in July, 7 lbs in August.
