So my 73 year old father was in Patrickswell this evening and he just came home and said “it was grand but there was some strong wan on the stage and she was roaring into a microphone, they could have done without her”. 😂😂

I'm 42 in two months, single 5 years, my own house with a very small mortgage, my own car fully paid, a good job, a great family, great friends, a dog, a social life etc and i date regularly, I've not met one man i'd happily share any of it with right now! i'm open to finding that one though buttttt... i'm so content the thought of a man comin in and shittin on my parade FULL TIME gives me the ick... so let me tell ye ladies i'd take this life any day then what i read and see online and hear from people in 'relationships', miserable, having affairs and having kids coz society says you have too... were in 2021, lets normalize NOT living in the stone ages... and realise you can be very friggin happy without a man FULL TIME :)
have a good day :)

Long time lurker. This launch has made me laugh cringe and get cross!

•Branding:
Anyone with half a mind in Branding would have red flagged the name. It's too close to words with negative connotations; vicious, vacuous? That name would not have made it off the table at the brain storming session.

•Production:
In the current climate she's dropped a bollock there mentioning of the production in China. It does not sit well alongside her €100 price point. Add to that all the current transport and import issues from there, not to mention climate change and sustainability which many brands this yoke is pretending to sit alongside, are promoting. She's said there's issues with China already (clueless to say this publicly) Its cheaply made, unreliable and problematic before its even available for purchase.

•Price point - There are already well established high quality brands at that price.
She'd have been better off utilising her shape, age and follower demographic to do a cheaper version to try compete with the Dunnes shape wear. But Wolford, Spanx, Skims etc, not a hope.
Her ego and narcissism are the same size as a Kardashaian arse, that's about the only similarity.

•Launch: without samples and no call to action for pre-order, it's simply an excuse for a lash up with budget Insta huns.
Her entire brand is being 'curvy', then she doesn't wear her own product to the launch, not only a missed opportunity but actually raises questions as to if the shape wear works at all.

It all looks so amateur. A fake, money grabbing, thicko playing at being an entrepreneur.
Embarrassed for her.
And worried for anyone that would bother their arse to buy a thing off this at best chancing her arm, at worst con artist.
You'd have to have half a brain.
I'm relieved so many folk here have the mark of her.

We spent today sitting down figuring out how to save more for the next 12 months as we are after getting matched with a surrogate. Literally food & bills is all we will be buying & every Penny will be for the rest. This one has the gift that so many of us cannot have naturally and she is choosing alcohol every single time. I would live in a tent 4 the next year with the promise of a healthy baby at the end of it.

Yes there are many lifestyle choices which contribute to poor health outcomes, smoking being the big elephant in the room. Also alcohol and drug use is alarming high, particularly in Limerick. And the illnesses which result from these lifestyle choices significantly impact our health service. Obesity is the leading cause of death worldwide and whether that leads to unsavoury places or not, I apologise but it is fact. And yes we perform CPR on anyone that requires it but it is hugely more difficult to carry out CPR on an overweight/obese person. The higher the BMI index is, the lower the quality of CPR received becomes. It is almost impossible to compress the chest deep enough in accordance with CPR recommendations. And I have no issue with my tax money paying for our public health services but I do have a problem with those who dodge paying tax but will still expect us to perform miracles when their health concerns are primarily attributed to their own choices. Smoke, eat all the food, take all the drugs, drink all the alcohol, yes it is an individuals choice but don’t expect to arrive in A&E to nurses waving magic wands to fix it all and then get nasty when told it’s not possible and the damage is done. Yes we can treat a condition and manage symptoms but there isn’t always a magic cure.
If I knew then what I know now I would have been a vet. Animals are so much preferable to humans.
I tell you one thing I hope to god I never come
Across you as a nurse… your extremely opinionated when your supposed to have empathy towards service users.

you genuinely wouldn’t wish this situation on anybody so unbelievable that their worlds have changed instantly this needs to be sineads wake up call about her health
Will you ever 😵‍ She’s fat, so what. You have no idea of her present health. In actual fact her brother in law was active, straight sized and he died.
Using fatness at this time as a jab is actually sick

She’s out eating again. Chips, fajitas. Out celebrating she says. I hope it stays fine for her because the baby isn’t even here yet and she’s neglecting her duty of care as a mother. I’m so annoyed with her carry on since she was diagnosed with GD.
Im so cross. I’m currently waiting to miscarry. I did everything right and it still happened. And then I see this selfish gowl out morning noon and night filling her face with shit food and she sailing through her pregnancy. She doesn’t deserve this child. She’s already neglecting it. When they split I hope Simon gets full custody. She is a disgrace.

Just want to say thanks to everyone yesterday about the lovely comments and wishes on our surrogacy news. I probably mention it more when bitching on Sarah Burkes thread because she’s made such a mockery of IVF but my intention wasn’t to derail the chat yesterday in my moaning about Sinead & I can’t get over the love from you all. It’ll be a long road, we have embryos & a surrogate (we have a 2 year old, but I have MS and pregnancy just ruined my body I have had a colostomy bag fitted since due to bowel issues and had a hysterectomy a few months back. Luckily we did ivf the first time round for my son and have embryos.) our next step is for our surrogate to have her baseline scans and bloods which is this week & a transfer could happen as soon as October. I won’t derail but I’m always here for an ivf momma, MS warrior, colostomy bag user, hysterectomy woman or just a woman in general. If I had a baby Jacob at home I would barely let him down so I could pee. Babies are a precious gift ⭐

So frustrating seeing couples who are only back together a wet week and who spend their free time eating shite, drinking and doing drugs get pregnant at the drop of a hat, we've been trying for years and there are couples I know who had multiple miscarriages, just seems so unfair ☹
