To give those who don't know where his new house is - his nearest station is at least a 15 minute walk from where they live. To get a train into Central London from there will take barely just shy of an hour on top of that, to drive would be more than an hour with traffic. The blokes nearer Bexleyheath than he is London proper. He is however pretty close to a reasonably sized common so not sure why he'd need a dog walker when he could just put a pair of trainers on and get over there, its less than half a mile away from his door - 3 mins in the car.
What's interesting about the pretension of it all is that it really shows how much energy and effort goes into lying and curating a lifestyle for instagram that just doesn't exist. If he's happy to deliberately make it seem like he's in a leafy/swanky victorian terraced home a stones throw from Central and not a fairly ordinary and realistically quite shabby for the mostpart road way south east of the river then that's presumably what he's used to doing with absolutely everything he does to try and shill it. Just full time lying for a living really and pretending to be better than you are.
