I am so so so glad they showed the conversation in full - Fred was making fun of himself for being old. As someone who has lost a parent, I can't relate to her reaction at all.

Honestly gobsmacked at Nella’s reaction to Fred saying he was old enough to be be her dad, and then being so horrible to him when he was genuinely apologising, refusing to interact with him or eat his food. Really felt like she had potential to win and she’s just changed the public’s opinion on her in 30 seconds flat.

I don’t see a problem with Matt Hancock being in the jungle and I do think his decision to go in will make or break him. Behind the person is a human being, and I think we should give him a fair chance to see the person behind the news headlines and criticism, which is often hyped up to a narrative to paint people in the most negative light possible.

The pandemic isn’t solely down to Matt Hancock’s doing? He isn’t the first or last politician to break covid rules and he isn’t the first person to cheat on his partner (Sean Walsh? Mike Tindall?). Boy George also remember did a stint in jail and has skeletons in his closet too?

Whatever happened to the be kind narrative? Or does that only apply to the holier than now people?

I hope he smashes the trial tonight and brings home every star to camp and if be, smash every trial - because ultimately it will be boring viewing. I’d much rather see Charlene do a trial to be honest!

Whether someone you love died one year ago or 10 years it’s still not ok to be horrible to someone who’s done nothing wrong to you. I’ve seen tiktoks of people saying it’s ok for her speak to Fred like that but it’s not ok at all. If he spoke to and treated her like that people would not be supporting him they would going crazy. So many people have lost someone they love and yes it causes a lot of pain it’s so sad but it’s nobody else’s responsibility to walk around on egg shells around you and avoid saying things that’ll trigger you cause firstly how is someone meant to know that non offensive words and phrases will trigger you and secondly it’s not like anyone was trying to hurt her.

on TikToks people commenting “Fred and the other celebrities should all agree to not talk about their families because it’s not fair on Nella cause it’ll trigger her” that’s ridiculous to expect people to not use the words mum and dad incase it triggers someone. In that case Nella would have to stay in her house for the rest of her life and not speak to nobody if hearing some things are going to make her angry and speak horribly to someone.

Yeah of course there might be things throughout life that remind you of someone or something you’ve been through but Fred said nothing bad or wrong. She owes him a huge apology.
