It is very innapropriate!

I think Sarah and Joel try to hard to be their daughters friends rather than being a parent, they are far to accepting of things.

There is so much responsibility when it comes to a belly button piercing they can easily become infected. Grace even said in one of her videos that her school does not allow more than one set of ear piercings. So in order for Grace to have this piercing they are going against the school as well. I highly doubt the school policy includes belly button piercings that would be a safety issue in regards to P.E.

With everything going on in regards to certain male influencers Joel and Sarah should be doing all they can in order to protect their young daughters not letting them get piercings that will make them appear far older than they are!
At the end of the day its just a piercing. I question alot of Sarah and Joel's parenting choices but this one seems more 'normal' to me. Alot of my friends had belly buttons pierced when I was at school and Im assuming she will keep it covered at school. Her having her belly button done is no reason why creepy men should go for her. Creepy men go for young girls because of how their brain works, nothing to do with how a girl looks/dresses 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think its bad parenting to let your child engage in underage drinking especially given the rise in spiked drinks.

I know you can't really control your kid but their attitude towards Kaci drinking in general is a bit concerning. Like why would you assist your child to follow your own foot steps
In all honesty almost every single 16/17 year old is going out to parties and drinking so to say that it’s bad parenting is very harsh. And she’s a 100x safer being at a party with friends with her parents on board than she is hiding it from them or being out in pubs
I know they’re influencers or whatever but at the end of the day she’s a 16 year old who is going to live how she wants and can make her own decisions

Hi guys, so I am a DVG fan (well, used to be) and I really wanted to come on here to explain my experience I had with them (mostly Joel) that made me very uncomfortable.
I watched DVG for a few years, absolutely loving their content and supporting everything they do. When they bought out Des Vu, I was so excited for it and I’ve ordered a piece from nearly every launch because the style just suits my life style so much (I play a lot of sports and it’s brilliant for training and it’s amazing quality, I will say). I happened to be in London on the day of the pop up shop and at first, I wasn’t going to go as I saw from Instagram that it was full of young girls and all I wanted to do was go in, buy an item and leave again. It got towards the end of the day and I was nearby so decided to pop in, I only had to wait 10 minutes or so. I was greeted by Joel at the door who then took me over to the clothing and stood hovering over me as I was deciding on what piece I wanted to get. This alone felt uncomfortable as I just wanted to look before choosing but I felt very pressured to hurry up and just spend money. Once I chose the item I wanted, this is when I felt the most uncomfortable. Joel asks me for my clothes size (understandable as he had to go and collect the right item), but instead of asking “what size would you like this in?”, it was “what size are you?”. As a young woman I felt very uncomfortable, especially seeing everyone else around me have females helping them out and I had Joel. When I replied, he looked me up and down!!!! and replied with “yeah, that would look great on you!” By this point I just wanted to leave. After I had paid for my item, Sarah was walking passed me and I gave her a little hello as I was walking out of the shop, I got ignored. By this point, I came away feeling very uncomfortable, conscious about my size and just unhappy. I spoke to a few of my friends afterwards who agreed with me that Joel shouldn’t be speaking to people in this way, he had no idea how old I was and from what I could see, the shop was full of girls younger than me. It was probably innocent & Joel was roped in to help with the sales, but I feel like he was very intrusive and I did not appreciate his comments about my body. I am now no longer a fan, as I can’t bring myself to watch their content without seeing Joel and remembering my experience. It’s sad.
oh for god sake. He asked what size you were to go get you clothes in the right size then gave you a compliment. I took my daughter to to a pop up shop they had and Kacis friend asked her the same question. I couldn’t get annoyed about this. Is it just because he happens to have a penis that you are offended? I feel sorry for men nowadays. Everything they do offends someone

kids right now are growing up so fast, this is the normal now.

If you think a belly button is “sexual” thats very strange.

I’m sorry this is utterly ridiculous! They are utter braggy pricks but you are making out he Chris inghamed you.

You were buying something and he asked you the size 🤦🏼‍♀️ You need to surround yourself with better people, rather than your friend that just agrees with you.

Fucking hell the world has gone mad!

kaci was at a party last night while it’s graces birthday and her sister was born? i know this also because the boy went live last night in the same outfit 🤔🤔
I can’t see anything wrong with this, they are all living their own lives. Grace was probably with her friends and her mum and dad were obviously in hospital.

I am utterly shocked. My daughter brought something from the Des Vu Boxing Day sale today. She’s 12 and finally saved up enough pocket money and Xmas money to buy it however the size she wanted was out of stock, so she went for a smaller sze and she really really wanted it. I told her that’s fine we can just get a refund if it’s too small for you, until 4 hours after she had ordered & the Boxing Day sales started they posted saying it’s non refundable.

As a mum I was confused and annoyed; why wasn’t this advertised? I have a legal background so I know my way around consumer rights etc and I knew this was a breach of two laws to protect consumers. So I made a complaint to the trading standards, not just for my daughter, for the 1000s of other people who probably didn’t know the same. They breached the law by doing this so why wouldn’t I.

I then messaged the business on instagram, here’s the reply I got! So unprofessional and as a mum whose daughter is obsessed with the family I am so unimpressed right now, don’t think I will even tell my daughter what they said.

I cannot believe a business like this can be so unprofessional? My daughter said it’s most likely the eldest daughter and her friend replying to the messages. Makes sense. What a terrible business

I understand I got it wrong but seriously this business is utter sh#t

after 2 miscarriages im sure she should be more careful
A miscarriage can happen to anyone at any stage of pregnancy, through NO fault of the mothers. Let's not start shaming mothers now. There was nothing wrong with her being on a ride suitable for a 3 year old ffs.
